This 15th century, former customs house, now houses the Provincia di Foggia administrative offices. There are numerous commemorative plaques adorning the façade of the building and concrete bollards linked with chain flank the main entrance. Above the main entrance is a crowned coat of arms. In front of the building are benches in which to sit and rest, watching as the world goes by in the piazza. .
