It was very good day! Anna Maria is an excellent guide with a deep knowledge of wine-making. Very nice and kind person. It is very important that she is a local guide who has worked and has a long relationship with local winemakers.
The attitude of her colleagues was very comfortable and friendly. We visited two wineries and a cheese tasting. We got an unforgettable experience of visiting places with magnificent views, got in touch with the culture of Sardinia, and bought wine for the whole next week of a yacht charter. We recalled this great tour every time opening a new bottle on board. Thank you so much Anna Maria!
If someone wants to feel the taste of Gallura and get acquainted with the region - there is no better way!
Belissimo & Bonissimo!

We spent 10 hours touring, eating drinking, laughing and basically just having the most delightful day with Anna Marie. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge about this area and shared the places of her heart with us. Definitely things we could never have found on our own. Sadly I only learned after the day was almost over that she was trained chef and offered cooking classes as well. I definitely will come back to spend a day learning from her. She has a very relaxed easy and warm manner which added to the delight of the day. We highly recommend you spending time with her.

We took a half-day tour from our hotel near Porto Cervo, which turned out to be a real highlight of our holiday in beautiful Sardinia! Anna, who is not only a very knowledgeable wine expert, but also a charming local guide, took us to two very different wineries to learn about (and taste) the best of the Gallura wine region. Our tour was tailored to our requirements and worked perfectly for all members of our group, despite quite different levels of pre-existing knowledge of wine. Highly recommended!

One of the highlights of our Sardinian trip was our wine & cultural tour with Anna Maria. As a local expert in the region and wine connoisseur, Anna Maria provided an incredible full tour of visiting vineyards, wine & cheese tastings, and historical sightseeing the various areas in the Gallura region.
The vineyards and wine makers were exceptional in offering generous delicious varieties of wine and famous Pecorino Cheese & Pane Carasau . This tour or any of Belle e Buono’s activities will be one if the most memorable days of your trip.
Anna Maria is a delightful hostess with many special relationships with the local wine makers. Big hug & thanks to Roberto & Marianne and especially Anna Maria. This experience is a must when visiting northern Sardinia. ❤️ Fabulous experience beyond! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed an excellent cookery class with Anna. We learnt how to make traditional dishes including pasta and meatballs and we enjoyed some delicious wine at Anna's gorgeous home. She also gave us some valuable advice, which enhanced the rest of our stay. Since returning home we have cooked the dishes back in England and we can't wait to go back and hopefully book in for another class to learn how to make some more dishes.

Anna Maria gave us a warm welcome and tailored our cooking lesson to exactly what we wanted to learn, which was to make various types of pasta and sauces. She graciously created a menu to our preferrences. We learned a great deal in a relaxed atmosphere where we felt like we were visiting a friend. She served us delicious snacks and lovely wine along the way. We are inspired now to make our own pasta! Highly recommend Anna Maria's lessons!

We are so sorry it took so long for us to put up a review. It took a question from another Tripadvisor member about who our amazing sommelier-guide was in Lula to remind me to post a review.

Anna-Maria took my wife and me on several day trips around the Nuoro region during 'Autunno'. We have since had many other amazing travel experiences in other parts of the world, but our time with her continues to leave an indelible mark.

We were shown many traditional experiences that even most Sardinians have not seen. There were too many great experiences to cover in this short review, but its worth outlining one.

She took us to the legendary October Festival of St Francis in Lula (2017). This was about as off-the-beaten-track as it gets for a foreign tourist. You need a remarkable guide/translator like Anna-Maria to get the most out of the experience.

I have to admit that my motivation for coming to the festival in the first place had not really been that deep or spiritual. I wanted to eat the (allegedly) rarest pasta on Earth, Su Filendeu ('threads of God').

But the festival was so much more than even the mythical Su Filendeu! The festival was a scene of rural Sardinia that you imagined in your dreams - a fantasy that you never expected to see in real life. Old gentlemen in shepherd brown carrying a statue of St Francis around the church. The clergy, the Prior and his wife marching in a procession. Veiled Sardinian women lining the church - all clad in black.

The festival day followed a particular (what seemed to me indecipherable) order and Anna-Maria guided us through. Being the only foreign tourists there, she translated for us and facilitated our interactions with the parishioners, the pilgrims and the Prior. And she did so with personality and authenticity. She was a fun travel companion.

The church lunch was a dream. The 'threads of God' pasta was served in a milky mutton broth. You could sense the pilgrims' excitement and anticipation as they were about to be served. Of course, it was amazing. The simple braised mutton and potatoes were hearty and satisfying. The wine was simple, local and good.

Speaking of wine, one particular parishioner had become a new ...um... 'admirer' of Anna-Maria. He had to be yanked away by his family. Great memories!

Nuoro really is our happy place and we have Anna-Maria to thank for making it happen.

Grazie mille!

Maria was great, one of the wineraies was closed so she took us to o e a bit out of her way and it was fantastic. Her knowledge of wine production, chemistry and how it all works was top dog! She had a lovely personality and was very kind. I couldn't have wanted a better tour guide or specific tour. A very enjoyable half day and all the wines went down too well.

Dear Sarah, it was a big pleasure having you and Damian at the wine tour few days ago. Fortunately, the B plan, as often happens, turned to be better than the A one!! Thank you very much for choosing me as your tour guide and I wish you all the best! ARRIVEDERCI! Anna Maria

This is a wonderful tour option! We contacted Anna Maria by WhatsApp and requested a wine tour. Our only availability was a Sunday, a day when wineries are usually closed. Anna Maria was still able to arrange a tour at two wineries, where we tasted gorgeous wine and had a typical Sardinian meal—delicious! There was a also a festival in a town near the wineries famous for its murals, where we spent several hours leaning about local culture. Anna Maria was very knowledgeable about the town and the murals, as well as Sardinia in general.

Anna Maria picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off at the end of the day, so it was uncomplicated. Would highly recommend a tour if you want to learn more about Sardinia from a local.

Hallo my dear, How are you and Marlon doing? What a nice day with you in Orgosolo! I was so pleased to see your enthusiasm as you were getting into the Sardinian culture and heritage meeting people and sharing wine and food. Thank you very much for such a nice company. Hope you will come back to Sardinia soon! A KENT'ANNOS CUN SALUDE! Yours, Anna Maria

We stayed for a week in Sardinia, and Friday evening we decided that we wanted to do a wine tour on Saturday. Short notice, but I texted Anna through WhatsApp, and she responded right away. Luckily she had an opening Saturday morning, so she picked us up and took us to visit two wineries and ended the tour with some sightseeing on the way back to Olbia. Not only does Anna Maria know a lot about wine, but she also have extensive knowledge of the culture and history of Sardinia and she is such a sweet person. I would highly recommend her wine tours, it is a complete package of great wine, delicious food, beautiful nature, history and good conversation. Thank you Anna Maria, hope to see you again :)
