We had an amazing experience on the Etna tour! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The pick-up was on time and hassle-free, and the drive itself was both comfortable and filled with interesting stories and insights. The organization of the tour was spot-on, with everything running smoothly. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared fascinating information about Mount Etna and the surrounding area, making the journey both educational and engaging. This trip was the highlight of our holiday! Go Etna were extremely well organized from booking to pick up & drop off.
4x4 vehicles were clean and comfortable with good AC.
Our guides Alberto & Silvo were very knowledgeable, spoke perfect English and excellent hosts.
The tour includes a 1 hour hike (30 minutes each way). Just about manageable for us but not recommended for anyone with any mobility issues.
We did the full day tour which includes a lovely lunch followed by a trip to the Alcantara Gorge. The gorge was extremely busy but well worth a look.
Recommend walking shoes rather than trainers and an extra layer, just in case. The weather was lovely for us but believe it can be very changeable.

Thanks so much for putting on such a great day for us! Everything from the pick-up to the drop-off of our full day trip was controlled, meaning we just had to turn up, do some walking, eat some amazing food and get our feet wet in the incredible volcanic environment of Mama Etna. Antoni and Marco (our drivers) were very punctual and safe and provided information throughout our journey. The guides on the volcano were very knowledgeable and even our kids learned something. This was an unforgettable trip for the whole family and is suitable for all ages.

Very well organised tour of the Mount Etna park area. Hike was easy, 2km in an hour and suitable for most abilities, there were families, couples and older people in our group.
Our guides Andrea and Giovanni both spoke excellent English (there were other guides for French, German and Italian speakers). They were keen to share their knowledge of Mt Etna, her history and the plants and trees that grow in the park.
After the hike we visited some lava caves. Once again the guides were knowledgeable and expressive telling the stories of the caves.
We had an enormous and delicious meal included at the Mt Etna Trail Chalet before heading for a short visit to Gole dell Allcantara to finish the day. There are a lot of steps there but for €4 there was an elevator option.

We booked a half-day tour at Go-Etna today, November 6th and would like to thank Massimo and Sasha very much. Despite the heavy rain, they got the most out of the tour and offered us an unforgettable experience. The ride and the guided tour were not only very informative, but also exciting and entertaining – especially the explanations about the creation of the “Mamma Etna” inspired us. Massimo and Sasha were extremely professional, helpful and answered every question patiently. You can feel her passion for the region and the volcano!
We would definitely recommend the tour to anyone, whatever the weather – Go-Etna manages to make the magic of Etna palpable in any situation.

An absolute highlight in Sicily! The trip was perfectly organized and went smoothly – a big thank you to the two competent guides who were not only well informed but also incredibly friendly. We loved our Mount Etna and Wine Tasting excursion from start to finish. Our guide Salvo was extremely knowledgable, great at sharing the history, the culture, the geology facts in an interesting way. Great communication before the tour too. Highly recommend this tour and this tour group.

The staff were incredible, so kind. Very informative and helpful. Great service and sense of humour. Giovanni and Alberto made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveller in the group. I would definitely recommend a trip with Go - Etna.

nous partons mi-juin et souhaitons découvrir l'Etna! faut-il être sportif pour cette découverte ! faut-il avoir des chaussures de randonnée et équipement particulier !

restes tranquil. Le niveau est pour tous les turistes meme des enfants. Alors le chaussures si vous avez de randonnee prenez les. Par contre vous pouvez aussi prendre le chaussures sportives! Pas de soucis cest pas du tour dangereux, vertige. Vous pouvez le faire!! MERCI
