Giuseppe is not so good in english, guessing you prefer Luisa from earlier comments(we couldn't get her since we changed our date promptly). nevertheless, we got an appropriate bike and Giuseppe was very friendly and flexible. My wife and I found this after we arrived in Palermo, sent an email and set it up for the next day. Carmela was a great tour guide.
