Ustica is beautiful. We visit the Island for one day and it was a beautiful experience. I would recommend this excursion to all nature lovers and people loving small italian villages! We took the aliscafo of Siremar at 8h40 (45 euros/roundtrip) and got back at...More

After googling Ustica and reading reviews on trip advisor, I was expecting so much more. 90€ return from Plaermo, watching the black smoke billow from our boat on departure was initially concerning, but we made it there safely. We used the public 'orange' bus to...More

Despite the lack of sandy beaches, we really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was friendly and the village square turns into a real meeting point in the evenings. A pair of booties really help when walking on the rocks in the water.

Having visited the Aeolian and Egadi islands, Ustica proved disappointing. I knew it had no sandy beaches, but every access point into the beautiful sea comes with the risk of cutting your feet on sharp volcanic rocks. Surrounded by stunning transparent water but difficult to...More

Went to Ustica to look up family and found them. This is the most beautiful place I have visited. I have fallen in love with the city and plan to return.

a quit island, a real dream destination, a little island near Palermo to visit in a half hour with the boat; visit the village, and ideal for snorkeling.

We had a remarkable day trip taking the Ferry for Ustica from Palermo Harbour. The island retains its charm and history with a gorgeous rocky landscape. Excavations have dated settlements here for hundreds of years, while the current population is just over 1300. This tiny...More

This "another" is not intended as a put-down: this is a wonderful little island, where I wanted to return ever since a fleeting visit years ago. This spring, before the tourist season started, I managed to spend three memorable weeks there. I enjoyed every minute...More

If I were a famous writer, I'd come here and write my master piece in the sacred and relaxing quiet of Ustica. Maybe the beautiful mediterranean sea and the walks and the food and the sun and the friendly people would keep me from writing,...More
