Hopped on the bus at Mercato del Capo. Was told by the guide that the buses frequency is every 20 minutes for the Blue Route (within the old part of the city). Cost EUR 15.00 per person which I find is quite high. We waited...More

We bought the €15,- ticket so that we could hop on/hop off. We weren’t able to get back on the bus since it was full every time. The guide rudely raised her shoulders and said she couldn’t do anything. I would never recommend this tour...More

We got on the bus at the harbor as Palermo was one of our stops on the Mediterranean cruise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The busses were on time and we received commentary in our selected language. The bus went to all the...More

The bus was half an hour late. The guide was rude. He gave us Italian language audio after we clearly asked for English. He was totally disinterested in the passengers. Stopped at one stop for over ten minutes with no explanation except the driver was...More

Not worth taking it. Better go around the centre by foot. At one of the stops it changed the guide and it took ages. I think it was a lack of respect. I don’t recommend it at all.

Last Friday took the tour to Monreale 10 Euro, the commentary on the way up was about the Catacombs’ (stop 2) although we didn't go near them, 1h40m in Monreale was fine, then, brought back to the Catacombs and abandoned! We were told to take...More

The audioguide just enumerates things: square soandso, cathedral with two bell towers. Unless you are visually impaired, I don't see what's the point. If you are looking for a bus ride there is a free one from Amat.
