Federico was funny, engaging and informative. We had the best time discovering some treasures of the market and being hands on with making the pastas and dessert. Loved it!

Excellent class! Chef Frederico gave great tips and was very entertaining. The market walk and testing was a great way to start and we learned a great deal about the history of the ingredients we used in our class. The class was some demonstration and some doing it ourselves. It’s not all DIY. The pace was great and we felt involved the whole time. Having a little break midway for bruschetta and Chianti was so smart and the final plates were delicious. We did this as a family of four with adult sons in their early 20’s. Everyone loved it.

What a fantastic tour. The pace was perfect, our tour guide, Simona, was lovely; very organised, calm, very knowledgeable, her pace was perfect and she really explained everything in a way that kept you engaged and interested. The time flew by! Thank you. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were so glad we booked this market tour and cooking class. The market was a lot of fun. We got to sample ham, pear mustard and several cheeses. We spent a few minutes purchasing some delicious items to bring home before heading back to cook. Chef Roberta was wonderful, she gave very clear instructions and was funny. We made pumpkin ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu. We were happy and full after the class. She sent us the recipes via email and we can’t wait to recreate them at home. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys cooking , or eating delicious Italian food. 😁

This tour was the highlight of our time in Florence. We loved seeing all the Vinyards and olive trees. Plus the wine and oils were absolutely delicious. Plus the lunch at the last stop was so tasty and such a nice way to finish the tour. Our tour guide was so kind and knowledgeable as well and really taught us so much.

Take this class! My husband and I had a wonderful time. Stefano was a great chef. The food was delicious. We also had a fun time exploring the market and learning about Florentine culture through food.

It was so much fun. Federico was the best, finding a diamond engagement ring was a plus, and the pizza was very delicious. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and accommodating for my group and they loved it. I will definitely be there when I have another group going to Italy. Thank you.

Great fun! Federico and Alice were good instructors and very informative. 19 participants. Made our own pizza crust, added toppings they supplied. Gelato-making was more of a demo. They emailed recipes afterwards. Recommend as a nice evening activity.

The provider Florence Town tours was very good, our guide was exceptional from the start of our walk, it was one of our top bookings. Seeing the magnificence of this place-start at ground level and gradually land then from the top highest levels inside the dome looking down was truly mesmerizing, then finally making it out onto the terrace on a fairly nice day was spectacular. I felt like we had ample time for each segment in their tour. Also hearing about the history, the artists and the stories of the duomo & baptistery and the stories of the gates of paradise was nicely conveyed. Glad we did this, highly this tour operator. But be ready to climb, the walls begin to narrow as you get higher. The ticket we had also provided access to the bell tower and opera del duomo museo where the original baptistery doors can be seen, it was nice we could go back and use the ticket the next day as it would have been too much in one go!

For “Skip the line: Duomo skywalk-Florence heaven” tour, if older people can not keep up with other people, can they leave the tour earlier ( after visiting Terrace)? Thanks!

Florencetown tour operator offers, among others, also an early-entrance tour of the Uffizi: with this experience, available Everyday except on Mondays, you will be able to skip the line and enter at the very beginning of the morning!

I booked a tour and I have difficulty of getting my voucher. What else can I do? I have sent numerous email to the company and no reply, is there a way to get them reimbursing me or having them send me my voucher?

Hello, we will be booking the pizza and gelato class for our visit in May. Questions: do participants get to keep the aprons at the end, or if not, are they available for purchase? What is the cost? Thank you. Looking forward to a delicious class and to the already-booked barchetto tour :)

however it is possible to purchase them at the cooking class, also at the end of the experience, for 15€ each.

Hi, I wouldn’t think you could do it in a day and get back to the ship but you can get to Pisa in less than an hour from La Spezia by train. Have a look online. There will definitely be somewhere in Pisa! The train site is trenitalia but you can use translator
