Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a fabulous time making pizza and gelato. It was interactive and we all made our own pizza dough then after it was risen, we were shown how to use our hands to flatten it and then use any toppings we wanted.
We made gelato while the dough was rising, then the pizza was baked and we ate while the gelato was freezing.
Very well organized and so delicious!!

My daughter and I took a five hour class and it was the best experience! It was off-season in February so we didn’t have to deal with the crowd and it was just the two of us with our chef! He was amazing and so knowledgeable and really took the time to be present and work with us hands-on and taught us to make pasta, ravioli, bruschetta, a pesto sauce, as well as a red sauce, tiramisu and then he also took us to the market and we learned so much there, and the difference between certain vegetables and meats and he was so gracious with his information and knowledge that he had! We definitely will go back and take another class from him! We loved it! It was an absolutely unforgettable experience that we will never forget!

Wonderful experience! We loved learning to make pizza and gelato. Surprisingly simple and so delicious! We each made our pizza dough after a demonstration then made gelato while the dough was rising. While the gelato was cooling we added toppings to our pizzas and got them in the oven. After eating our pizzas the gelato was ready and sooo good!

We booked tours for both Rome and Florence. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to answer questions even for things not related to the tour. We asked for their recommendations for what to do/eat and where to go in the cities and loved all their recommendations.
Marta took us to the uffizi gallery and was extremely fun and captivating.
Francesca took us on the walk and talk tour around Florence and it was a great experience.
Tatiana guided us through the Vatican and was great too.
Would also recommend the Rome walking tour.

This class was incredible, and more than I expected. I had wanted to come to Italy to cook with a nonna in a little kitchen but I was late to getting to booking and this was what was available so I took it... and let me tell you, it was perfect. There was no little nonna, but there was a very funny and incredibly knowledgeable chef leading the course - but he felt like a friend and had lots of jokes mixed in with the tips and tricks of the recipes. He took us on a tour of a nearby market, walked us through a lot of butchery and vegetable buying information, and brought us to a delicious truffle stop in the market where we spent about 30 min with a hilarious shop manager who had us trying incredible treats from truffles to olive oils to pistachio cream... it was heaven. We learned a lot of tricks, made two sauces and two pastas, made a dessert, drank some wine and tasted some fresh focaccia breads, and the set up was great for a solo traveler like myself to mix with new people and try new things. I would highly recommend this, and my only suggestion is that I wish they had aprons to sell from the experience - I would have loved to have one for my home kitchen to feel like the chef I briefly was for the afternoon. :)

First class in all respects, starting with our driver and guide Gabrielle. Slow and easy drive in very comfortable Mercedes van across the Tuscan countryside as Gabrielle narrated. Stops at three different wineries, for tasting of olive oils and wines produced at the vineyards, no hurry, no sales pumping, very well informed and professional sommeliers. Delightful pranzo at final winery and return to Firenze. Best continuous seven hours of our trip to date. Highly recommend.

Fabulous! Marta was a terrific guide. Her passion for the David, and her knowledge of Michelangelo sparkled. The crowds were very small so skip the line wasn’t necessary but Marta was so worth the fee for the tour. Thank you.
