Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Emmanuel gave a great tour of Florence giving a lot of interesting details on the history of symbols and monuments around the city. The tour ended up going over 2 hours and it was thoroughly enjoyed. Even so, Florence is a city full of history so a 2 hour tour seemed a bit rushed, so making the tour length 2.5 or even 3 hours will let travellers enjoy the tour at a good pace. A little bit more history about the Medici's also would have been good. Overall, this tour was very insightful!

Emmanuel is a Pro at what he does. Very knowledgeable and fun. Very affordable for it to be a private tour.

He is the way to go. HIGHLY recommended.

Emmanuele was a wonderful guide, we were able to learn about art and culture while visiting the center of Firenze. He made the 2 hours tour go away in a second! We really enjoyed learning and laughing at the same time. I highly recommend the grand tour or any tour with Emmanuele, he is amazing!! Thanks a lot!!

This is a hidden gem just walking distance from the duomo- tickets need to be purchased from a different place nearby(look for blue flags) but well worth the visit and much bigger than it looks from the outside- would consider a guided tour for this if I went back as a lot to see, plus beautiful view on the 3rd floor very close to the top of the duomo
