We did Tuscany in One day tour with our tour guide Alessandro and had a great experience. I highly recommend this tour company and tour guide when you are in Florence to explore Tuscany region little better with someone who can provide you with a good historical and cultural perspective of all the sights/places.

Matteo was great. The vespa tour was our favorite tour. It was easy to learn how to ride the vespa. It was fun and saw great views of Florence. Lunch was outside and in a fantastic location. I would highly recommend this tour.

Fabian is a very knowledgable, funny, charming and above all experienced tour guide. The Fiat 500's we drove on our tour were well maintained and in great condition. We could not of asked for a better tour or host. If Fabians boss is reading this he should be happy to know that he has one of the best tour guides... More

My wife and I loved the Tuscany tour. Our guide Olivia and Driver Marco were excellent. She was very informative and passed the time we were driving with informative and fun conversation. In Pisa, Olivia spotted a large group (about 20 in total) she recognized as pickpockets and kept them away from our group. It's a long day but very... More

We went on a day tour from 9 am until 19 pm. The whole day tour included much different things. Our guide Stefano was relaxed and engaged in all the details about wine/olive oil production in Toscana. The bus driver helped us around and stopped along the road so we could look at the view. I will never forget the... More

Had a lovely tour of Cinque Terre with Walkabout Tours. The general advice is that you really should spend a night to truly appreciate Cinque Terre because I imagine it would be a completely different place after the hordes of tourists leave for the day. That said we wanted to see it but didn't have the time, so this is... More

Siena, a farm near San Gimingiano (we had there a lunch - local food plus wine tasting from their own production), Pisa. 12 Hours with the lovely guide Lavinia - full of energy the whole day, funny, charming and informative. Not only Lavi guided the English speaking group very well, she had the time to help my wife (came with... More

If I could give this class 10 out of 5 stars I would. It was the absolute highlight of a wonderful trip to Italy. The staff are so incredibly welcoming and the experience is very personal and nothing is too much to ask for. The gelato master is a genius and full of amazing ideas and tips on making the... More

This was a really fun experience. Our tour guide Fabio was great, very knowledgeable + a great sense of humor. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to get outside of the main city/tourist attractions.

What can I say, this was a fabulous day (long but absolutely worth it) driving through Tuscany, visiting the beautiful sites, having an amazing lunch with wine tasting and all accompanied by Stefano, our wonderful guide and Salvatore, our driver. Nothing was too much trouble and Stefano was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and kept us all informed and entertained.... More

Staying in Uffizi

Neighbourhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
