Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks in Italy. We went on several tours with various tour guides. Armond Siesto from free tours by foot in Florence Italy was by far the best. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and funny. We will look him up when we visit again.

Fabio was our tour guide for Free Tours By Foot in Florence and he was great!! He spoke perfect English, and was an absolute soldier throughout the downpour of rain we had during our tour! At the end, he gave us a restaurant suggestion of Buzzino, which is the 2nd oldest trattoria in Florence and it was a highlight of our trip. Thank you, Fabio!!

My partner and I took Deborah's walking tour (Renaissance and Medici Tales), and she is an excellent guide. She is a great storyteller, giving surprising and compelling historical insights about Florence, its significant people and places. She has a good sense of humour, keeps the tour moving, and was very responsive to questions during the walks from location to location. We feel like we really got to know her, which made it all the more special. Her final story about the last Medici 'queen' and the end of the Medici dynasty was very moving, and put our whole experience in Florence into context. We even got tips on how to find the best food, drinks and gelato in the city, and what attractions to skip(!!). Highly recommended.

We did the morning tour with our little baby in the stroller the tour was with Eleonora-she is amazing! We met at 10:30 for a two and a half tour in florence, her knowledge about the city is phenomenal, the history of the Medici family is really interesting. Highly recommended to took this tour with Eleonora if it’s your first time in Firenze.
Also, she gave us the best places recommendations to eat lunch!
Thank you!:)

Joined the 2pm Medici tour with Filippo (sp.?) and it was a great introduction to the city and the family that ruled for many centuries. Would recommend as an orientation to the city as well as a history and culture lesson.

Outstanding tour! Elisabetha made a great afternoon for our group and gave awesome info about the renaissance. Would do it again and can recommend the tour. It was super interesting to hear about Dante’s influence on Florence.
