Amongst all the fabulous things you can see in Florence this was not on our radar until a tour guide suggested it. Beautiful building, stunning art....well worth the time & NO line!

This is a monument not to forget. I liked it very much. Many statues and sculptures, furniture, paintings etc in and old medieval castle or palace. Some sculpures of Michelangelo and other great artists. Very very nice !

A lot less crowded than the Uffizi and the Accademia (both of which are must sees), the Bargello is smaller, more intimate museum that seems to be overlooked by most tourists. Although there are a number of different items on display (ceramics, paintings, decorative arts,...More

It is worth to visit, as the palace itself. This is the oldest civic building in Florence. The museum itself is a museum for statues, some Michalengelo and Donatelli works. Less crowd than on other places in Florence.

I come here for the sculptures. Those on view are some of the best of the renaissance. Traditional themes. Famous Florentines. Artist whose names you already know.

This was my favorite museum of Florence. It had fantastic works of art beyond Donatello's original David which by itself is worth the visit. And it wan't overcrowded so you could get close to the exhibits and linger a while.

The Bargello. in my opinion has more to see that Accademia. The sculptures are all around you and there many of the best works here. Donatello's David has historic value as well as artistic, because it was the first nude made since antiquity. The building...More

Due to very tight timescale came here using the Firenze Card to gain instant access and only visited the Michelangelo collection. Impressive exhibits, well worth seeing even if you aren’t an art history buff. Thought the courtyard impressive too with the walls covered in heraldic...More

Hi In all honesty I didn't find them particularly engaging but definitely not rude. I would really recommend visiting the museum
