One of the places on the combined ticket and a shorter queue than the others. The ceiling frescoes are amazing. Look out for the section of a demon munching on humans. Most of he ornate doors that were here can be seen in the Duomo...More

Entry fee required and you have to buy the ticket at one of the ticket offices , which seem to push the €18 ticket for all the sights round the Duomo, but this is worth it. Magnificent ceiling , which you can actually see, unlike...More

Amazing Architecture, beautiful building in the center of Florence. Great shopping surrounds this structure.

This battistero has a nice architecture and beautiful paintings inside. The only thing i do not like is all those northAfricans sellers outside in the Square. They are very annoying and some of them follow you and pretend you buy something from them.

great gold ceiling - got to go see for yourself - don't miss it - book early or before you go! Better than the cathedral

This is included in the Duomo 72 hour ticket - was not a long line. Only need about 20 minutes to see. Can do this on the way to the Coppola (reservation required) or the sanctuary (long line).

You get the entrance included with the rest of the duomo ticket, but if the queue is hugh i wouldn’t recommend waiting. While it’s nice inside, it’s not spectacular and only need 10 minutes unless you want to sit and stay there a while.

We had a fantastic guide called Freya who was able to explain clearly and with such enthusiasm the story told by the breathtaking mosaics.

Fabulous ceiling and not much more, but it is probably a thing to do while in the city so you are not left wondering about what the interior is like.

Part of the larger ticket for the Florence Cathedral. Not much to see here. Little signage. Basically a small church. Couldn't determine where the Baptisms took place.

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity

brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does

Going into the Church part of the Duomo is free (it's a church), but if you want to visit the museum/archeological dig below it, climb the steps, or any of the other sites, you need the ticket. It is worth the money!
