You do not have to be religious to appreciate the splendour here. Michelanglo's tomb was enough to get my attention and it doesn't end there as detailed sculpture after sculpture adorn the halls and walkways of this fabulous site. Easily accessible for young and old...More

Make sure you have a guide to explain the history that you are seeing. High points are the tombs of Michelangelo and Galileo, but there is much more. Beautiful place.

This place was amazing! So much beautiful art. But what I was so amazed with was the tombs. They have tombs in the floors and the tombs of such people as Machiavelli, Galileo and Michaelangelo! If you like cemetaries and such, don't miss!

A little out of the way but a very nice church, museum. A little crowded this visit but still able to take in the sculptures and art. There is also an access to the school of leather.
