I did not find this road interesting at all, you surely find all these designer names in every major city, we only took it back to the Duomo area where we were based. I noticed though the road did not have the cobbled streets I...More

This was very close to our hotel and we happened upon it by chance. A lovely wide street with young trees in large terracotta pots. Many upmarket shops but friendly staff. Well lit at night and we took a walk along to a great restaurant...More

Its the expensive shopping street of Florence. Beginning just on the Arno, at Ferragamo's, and continuing with many of the most famous Italian designers. Ferragamo's offers a little museum devoted to both shoes and the history of the area. Well worth visiting. Make sure you...More

Here's where to find your Prada, Fendi etc. Save the Queen shop is suprisingly large (2 floors). Penhaligons and other smart colognes available in l'Olfatorrio. Not the place I'd go for shoes-- so many other wonderful shops around Florence for that.

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
