Sergio was an informative and fun guide who crafted our itineraries to suit our interests. We spent a day in Tuscany visiting the Florence American War Memorial, San Gimignano, lunch in a stunning vineyard, and much more. On the second day he transformed a car ride from Florence to Milan to soo much more -- biking in Lucca, a picnic... More

My father and I traveled around Italy, specifically Florence, Orvieto, Positano, Pompeii, and Rome. Heliana was our wonderful guide, she answered every possible question we could've had and made the experience fun as well as informational. She showed us around the beautiful and history-rich city of Florence, but also helped to coordinate other tours in different towns and multiple transfers.... More

Heliana Vogli made Florence and our travels through Italy a wonderful experience that my daughter and I will share for a lifetime!! Heliana gave us so much of the rich history of Florence and art and sculptures spanning centuries (The statue of David was amazing!). Heliana also coordinated tours for us throughout our stay in Italy that brought us to... More

My family and I were lucky enough to have Sergio with us in our trip to Italy - Tuscany and Rome. More than a driver, Sergio is a traveller and a citizen of the world - polite, well read and well informed. We had two transfers with him: from Florence to Siena and from Siena to Rome. On both occasions... More

We had a wonderful, enjoyable day with Sergio. He picked us up at our hotel at the arranged time. On our way to San Gimignano, we stopped at the Florence American Cemetery. After our stop in San Gimignano, Sergio arranged a stop at a winery for wine tasting and a delicious lunch. Our last stop before heading to Rome was... More

Heliana and Sergio were fabulous guides on our recent trip to Tuscany. We not only appreciated their expert knowledge about the area, but enjoyed their wonderful personalities and styles. Heliana's art history background was exceptional and really contributed to our understanding of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Not to mention she was so much fun to be around! Sergio also was... More

My wife and I used Florence Connection for a recent ( September ) European cruise. Heliana was our guide. Getting off the boat and meeting her was seemless and easy. After being picked up at the LaSpezia port we drove to Florence. Heliana was personable, engaging and her English is superb ( my Italian is horrible ). The day tour... More

Sergio and Heliana exceeded expectations and made our trip to Italy spectacular! We had Sergio booked to drive us to Castello di Verrazzano, and on the way he provided a rich history on the city of Florence, and made a surprise stop at a memorial for U.S. soldiers who lost their lives in Italy during WWII. Sergio brought a lot... More

Sergio was so kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and wonderful. He had the best suggestions, taught us so much and made the trip relaxing, exciting, and stress-free. I would recommend him to anyone. My family was visiting Florence for the first time and wanted to do a couple day trips and working with Sergio made all the difference!
