A store I rushed in when I was in town, you could find the prices are better here in Italy, and the branch store in Florence locates in the city center with various styles. Today bag manufacturing process is still carried out by hand, the store is filled with soothing scent of leather. The service is good and professional, yet... More

Our AirBnB host, Tarcisco suggested the place, asking if we interested in genuine Italian leather rather than other stuff. Its nearly a year since I bought my messenger bag from the shop. I must say thanks to Tarcisco. The quality of the leather is absolutely amazing. For the quality, the price is very reasonable.

Perhaps there are many beautiful bridges in world but only over Ponte Vecchio u can see overhanging wooden shops and doesn't look like a bridge. It is an incredibly breathtaking sight when seen from afar.enjoyable moments when you walk cross it.

We enjoyed the visit here in May 2015 during our family trip to Europe. This bridge is entirely wooden and has historic paintings on it. There are lot of shops and restaurants around. Shops are open till 7 pm on working days and till 4pm on Sat. Parking is near the lions monument, about 15 mins walk. Toilets in the... More

We walked along the river in front of the Uffizi Gallery and came to the Old Bridge (aka the Bridge of Gold!), so-named because the entire bridge, both sides at street-level, is lined with jewelry shops with gold -laden windows! We stopped to browse and my husband purchased me a lovely pair of petite yellow and white gold hoop earrings.... More

Classic Italian bridge with shops going all the way across. From what I could tell - only jewlery stores - unlike Rialto bridge in Venice. Very neat looking and great views.

Highest quality leather goods with great customer service. If you are willing to pay more for excellent quality, style and workmanship, this will not disappoint.

Staying in Uffizi

Neighbourhood Profile
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
