My wife and I completed the 7 day Tuscan tour starting in Siena, through Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Petrelle, Anghiari and finishing in Sansepolcro. The views were fantastic and the riding wasn't too arduous - approx. 30-40 k's per day. The company took our suitcases from town to town so we could just ride. The bikes were hybrids and worked... We had such a wonderful experience! The bike ride was just challenging enough (and we were grateful for the option to use the van for the uphill part at the end), the lunch was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the castle visit with wine and olive oil tasting. Our guides were a lot of fun and made the experience just... More

Very glad that the uphill bit was at the start of this tour. But it was well worth it. Great way to get an overview and a bit more info of the town. If in Florence, do this!

This is probably the best bike tour that I've ever been on! Alessio and Angus provided a well organized and fun day in the Tuscan countryside visiting Castello di Poppiano and biking the surrounding village. Generally the tour is easy for all levels of bikers, excluding the steep hill at the end before lunch. Luckily there is van (which most... More

The tour is very well organized, tour guides are very friendly. The restaurant that wait for you at the end after biking is cozy and they have the best food. Choose the tour then you will have the best memory to bring home from Florence.

We took the bike tour and wine tasting through the chianti region in tuscany, and it was the absolute highlight of our trip to Florence. Our guides were knowledgable, attentive, accommodating and very funny - we felt like we had made good friends by the end of the day. The scenery in the Tuscan hills is not to be missed... More

Visiting our daughter in Florence, we day tripped with the folks at Tuscany Bike Tours. Could not have had a better experience. Great castle/wine-tour to start, easy ride through beautiful Tuscan wine country and EXCELLENT lunch overlooking the vineyards. Recommend to all.
