Discovery Pisa was born from the wish and the desire of two authorized tourist guides to promote to everybody the beauties of Pisa, one of the main important places in Tuscany, with low cost tours to suit every pockets. We want the culture and the art to be suitable for all; we want that everybody could have the possibility to enjoy the competence and the knowledge that an authorized tourist guide can offer. With only 15€ per person, you will have an hour of guided visit, during which you will have fun and will know everything about art, history, legends and secrets of a wonderful town, like Pisa.

Fantastic Tour Guide Andrea

We had this guided tour by Andrea on November 20th. It was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, honest, frank and direct. She took us through the Square of Miracles and told us the history of each place and why they came to be. She was funny and made the tour very entertaining. She was prompt, our tour started a few minutes late because of the other family being late, but Andrea asked us to wait for them and so we did. Overall great experience, will definitely book again if the opportunity arises.

Delightful Pisa

On a recent trip to Tuscany we elected to visit Pisa with some apprehension. We’d heard it was overcrowded and the Leaning Tower was a bit underwhelming. That could not be farther from the truth.

Admittedly, we visited in November when it is less crowded. However, the Baptistery, the Duomo (Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta) and the Camposanto were fantastic!

What about the Tower of Pisa? That was terrific as well. The climb to the top was fun and the lean was strange to experience!

Our guide Alessia was wonderful and provided great insight and humor to the visit. Recommending the visit!

A Must do tour

Despite not being able to enter the Baptistery due to closure, we very much enjoyed our tour. Our guide Andrea was lively, knowledgeable, and very easy to interact with.

Great guided tour of Pisa!
Our guide, Alyssa, was full of great information loved sharing her knowledge with us. She was well organized and kept out group together. The group was not too large which makes touring so much easier.

A tour in Pisa.

The tour guide was excellent and quite funny. She new her history with a comical twist. The sites were amazing even though it’s not a big area it’s worth seeing. I was not originally planning to go but I’m glad I did. Loved it

Our guide lady was very nice, but the tour was a little boring, plus the brutal heat, well not a good combo. They shall pick a much better location to meet, it was hard to find them.

The best Pisa experience I have had (lout of many)

I have been to Pisa on numerous occasions and with various tours and this one had to be the best. We had an excellent guide (she was originally from Spain) who obviously loved Pisa and was both enthusiastic about Pisa along with having a great sense of humor. We did not go inside the baptistery but only learned about it from the exterior - however we did go inside of the cathedral and it was breathtaking and our guide did a great job of explaining things to us. The skip the line option saved us so much time - both in seeing the cathedral as well as climbing the tower. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a great morning looking around Pisa . Our guide was fantastic she was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which made the tour for us.
The only thing I would ask is that trip advisor look at where the meeting point is mapped as it was incorrect
