Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pisa could not miss a statue of Galileo but I was surprised that this one was created only a few years ago. Large but not particularly beautiful and perhaps should be placed elsewhere in the city.

Bronze statue of considerable size and illuminated posture that allow you to fully feel the strong personality of Galileo Galilei represented with the symbols that combine his great passion and astronomical intuition: the terrestrial globe and the telescope.
This perennial homage from his hometown was due to a son so unique in terms of ingenuity and foresight.
The work of the sculptor M. Gabriele Vicari deserves appreciation for the intense posture, the profound expressiveness of the face and gaze, the philological rigor of the clothing and the finesse of the finishes and details.
Absolutely worth seeing!

I find this statue created by Gabriele Vicari very suggestive. Imposing and majestic, very well made. Especially the face, very expressive and captivating. To be seen.

W ubiegłym roku hołd wielkiemu uczonemu złożyli dwaj artyści Gabriele Vicari i Armando Barbon ofiarując miastu pomnik myśliciela w historycznym, zdobnym stroju ze wzrokiem wzniesionym w przestrzeń, ku kwestiom do odkrycia.
