The main shopping street
Feb 2020
This is the main shopping street where you can find many different shops, restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias. I like gelateria which is near Garibaldi's monument (it is twice cheaper than near the tower).
From the airport, the beginning of this street (Central station) is 15-20 minutes by foot.

If you arrive by train, this is the street to walk down to reach the old town - the main shopping street, there are plenty of diversions and eating and drinking options

Great for a beer in Pisa high street!
Sep 2019
Visited Pisa tower first then walked down to the centre of town. Great being in the hustle in the centre of the city. Fantastic beer and service! If you are walking from the tower down to the central train station.. deffo a must!

Pisa High Street... Shopping paradise
Jul 2019
Only 150m from our hotel and 500m long, pedestrians only and wall to wall shops most of which have a sale on. Cafe and bars abundant should you be needing a respite from carrying all those bags! Well worth a look up and shop on the way back!!

This is where you go shopping! Some lovely shops and cafes. Don't forget to bring plenty of euros for the designer shops!

Just a shopping street, the main one

When you get to the Arno, it all becomes beautiful. Cross on over the bridge and go down Borgo Stretto, bearing right at where Garibaldi stands.

Corso Italia in Pisa, italy
Apr 2019 • Family
This street connects the river Arno to the big square close to the train station. Most of the store chains have a shop here. Most of the souvenir shops are instead on the other side of the river Arno. It's a nice walkable street with only pedestrian traffic.

Nice walk
Mar 2019 • Couples
Nice stroll as you first arrive in Pisa. This street has lots of shops and cafes and leads you to the Arno River heading towards the main touristy areas. There are some attractions on the way too. Used this road to walk to and from the train station.

The main shopping street

This runs from the Station to the river about a mile and is mostlt pedestrianised. Usual mix of chain stores (Zara, mango H&M etc) and some more local outlets.

An absolute for a stroll to take in the culture and history. Busy but very peaceful. Worth taking the time to wander
