The address is actually Via La pera. I had to walk around a bit to find it. It's close to Via San Martino 81.

Was in the area, visited the rock, something to do I guess. Nothing exciting but the fact that even the local have no idea why it's there and are scared of moving it, was quite intriguing. Definitely a view if you're in the area.
