Not much I can add to other reviews here, but the cooking class with Katia was a terrific experience and worth the expense. [And maybe the best meal we had on the trip.] The pasta making was a treat, and Katia was a great teacher....More

We had a lovely day cooking with Fulvio. Did not feel like a “class” but rather an experience in his lovely farmhouse with a gorgeous view. He took time to get to know us, tell us stories, answer all of our questions and tell us...More

We recently attended an evening cooking class (five pm) with Fulvio which was absolutely wonderful. The menu consisted of deliciously prepared garlic bread, bruschetta, pici, and chicken saltimbocca. Fulvio patiently answered all of our culinary questions and concerns while also guiding our cooking class. The...More

You'll have to contact them directly for availability. I wouldn't know. As far as cost we paid 130 euros each for the advanced class with truffle hunting - well worth it!
