Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We found this shop while strolling near the top of the main square. The work done here is just stunning. From vases to jewelry and more, the craftsmanship is excellent, and shared in the family. I purchased a necklace and 2 small gifts. I would wear anything that is made there - just so beautiful. And the wife of the owner duo was lovely to talk with.

Ceramiche Gori, in San Gimignano, at Piazza dell'erbe, 8/a(in the Piazza to the right of the Duomo), is one of the real finds of our three week trip through Tuscany. Beautiful ceramics, we bought a necklace(pictured), as well as a ceramic representation of a typical San Gimignano tower, in the form of a flower vase.
Both are unlike anything we have seen, and are considered real finds by the two of us. Very creative, and reasonably priced.
Owner was very helpful and kind.

it is a shop on the agora of San Gimignano.
Some stairs down we decouvered a univer of beautifull art craft made with grace.
Do a tour inside for the pleasure of the eyes and maybe you will be take more than a souvenir.

We loved a vessel we saw at the store, but were unsure about it at the time, so I took a card and wrote when we got back to the States that we wanted to buy it. Couldn't have had better service and the lovely item now adorns my living room. You would be well advised to buy things from this shop.

If you want something unusual and beautiful then don't miss this little shop set back on the right hand side towards the top of the hill. You will be spoilt for choice and the prices are very reasonable too I bought a lovely blue vase and dish which compliment each other and cost €55 each. They were well wrapped to bring home in my hand luggage. Could have bought much more!

Love, love, love this shop. Husband and wife team created all the porcelain vases and jewelry. Very original and beautiful pieces. Some of the vases were loosely designed based on the towers of San Gimignano. What a great trip momento. And the jewelry had beautiful, bold colors. When I was there the wife, who creates the jewelry, was working. What a pleasure to talk to her about their processes and techniques. The shop is located in the Duomo piazza, but up the hill a little bit from the other shops.

I had the chance to meet the artist and view his work, I loved his use of crystalline glazes which he has perfected. Beautiful original pieces for sale which I couldn't help but buy a piece.

After visiting a number of arts and craft workshops and shops in Florence and San Gimignano, it was refreshing to find something a bit different. Beautiful ceramics and pottery and wonderful jewellery. Lovely service with the owner taking time to explain their work and craftsmanship.
