Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We just happened across this little shop on our first day in Siena and trying to figure out what all the flags and singing was all about. The shop owner who was sitting in the shop opening painting ceramics took the time to explain to us the Palio and how it worked. While I had a vague recollection of hearing about the races I did not know there were taking place then. The shop is small but packed with a variety of ceramics from mugs and pourers to large bowls and platters, all beautifully hand painted. Free tours are available of her work shop. Don't miss this shop!

This was a wonderful shop we happened upon. Bought a beautiful piece and it was a tough decision, lots to catch the eye. The owner/artist was very friendly and informative with a lot of passion for her art. My wife and I can not wait to return and see what she has new going on.

We booked a lesson with Sonia & she very patiently explained the history of Mallorca clay & how it was rooted in Tuscany. We had an opportunity to choose one piece & paint it (looks easy but it is not)..while Sonia helped us ( we were two adults & two teens)... It was a great activity suited for a rainy day...
