The ‘Antico Frantoio Trampolini’ olive mill has been producing oil typical of the Umbrian region since 1785 and is the last remaining mill within the internal perimeter of Perugia. While continuing to respect our traditions and mainain the highest quality, over the years we have acquired more modern equipment in order to guarantee the consumer a product with perfect organoleptic characteristics.

Tradition and hard work pays off!

We have been faithful customers for many years and feel "pride" that others appreciate the quality of the Trampolini olive oil. It's a star in the firmament of Perugia.

After the tour a 4 course "light" lunch was... More

Unfortunately, we were a little early for olive picking season, but we were able to see all the equipment and get a nice explanation of how it all works. Our host Alessandro then showed us a DVD showing the equipment in action. We did... More
