It's a really impressive piece of historic masonry. But I can't give it 5/5 because in the end it is just a fountain - albeit a good one.

First thing to do in Perugia: head straight for this monument. Beautiful sculptures all around the fountain, which I was told represent months, seasons, and more. Remarkable example of 13th century art.

It has a fence around it. Maybe it's pretty but the water flow but the water flow is enough to make you seek out a urologist. COULD MAKE A GROWN MAN CRY.

You walk past this to get to most old town attractions and sometimes forget to stop. Not spectacular but still very interesting and worth a look.

Beautiful “Fontana”. Localized in central Etruscan city it is a monumental medieval fountain made by white and pink stones.

We arrived in Perugia and headed to Piazza IV Novembre. The Fontana Maggiore was nice though it is quite average compared to the many Fontana that we have seen throughout Italia.

The Fontana is a major highlight in this piazza as well as the church it is near. A gathering spot for families, friends and visitors.
