Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The palace was built in 1415 in late Gothic style. The city government and the cantonal parliament meet here. When the flag is displayed on the roof it means that the parliamentarians are in a meeting. It was also designed in connection with the nearby church of San Pietro e Paolo.

Town Hall Bern is situated in the capital's old town. It's a nice 15 c Gothic edifice under UNSECO like the entire city as well.
Next door is St. Peter and Paul's Church.

Rathaus Bern , The town hall of Bern is the building in Bern, Switzerland that houses the Grand Council of Bern , the Executive Council of Bern and the Grand Council of the City of Bern. The building is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, where Bern’s political decisions are made: the parliaments of the city and the canton hold their meetings at Town Hall. Be it in sessions, meetings or conferences – democracy is practiced in this historical building.
Considering this it is a very important landmark in Bern . Do visit it in your city tour of Bern.

The building is very old and is included in the UNESCO list. I think it was completely renovated in the middle of the 20th century, but it looks remarkable anyway.

Spectacular 15th century Gothic town hall: when the coat of arms of Bern are flying, then the politicians are in session.

While strolling across the city, went outside this building to get a random click. The architecture was quite good, can't say about its interiors.

We weren't able to tour the interior of the Rathaus, but we did walk around this imposing building and enjoyed the fountains and parks all around their government building complex.

Visited with my wife and a Swiss friend. An interesting experience, comparing it in the back of our minds with our own Houses of Parliament.
