I ended up booking with an aggregator (Alps to Alps) as I didn't know about Resort Rides but was very lucky to get connected with them. I believe our driver was the company owner and he was wonderful. Arrived early. Waiting for us to slowly bring out our luggage and even made a stop for us to drop off the condo keys without any complaint. We had a great conversation all the way to Geneva airport. The van was very large and comfortable. Room for our family of 4 and the crazy amount of luggage we brought on a ski trip with room to spare. Thanks! Dave

This was our second time we used resort rides as a private transfer from geneva to saint gervais. The communication was great from the initial booking right through to our trip. With clear communication on email & whatsapp which made the whole experience go really smoothly, despite farmers strikes which caused some road closures on return journey Mike took measures to ensure we arrived in good time for our return flight home. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs which we really appreciated. We won’t hesitate to use resort rides agin for future trips.

Mike was first class - we travelled I style and had fun along the way. He was very knowledgable about the area and very helpful when one of the group’s flight was delayed, meaning we had to arrange a later pick up for them. Great comms before and during our stay. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely use again!

Our Resort Ride experience is as advertised. Communication was prompt and clear. Door to door service. Clean/spotless van. Mike was very prompt if not early in picking us up. He was very knowledgeable of what we were about to embark on and gave us helpful tips. We were a group of three with initial plan to just get a private ride from Geneva to Chamonix.
