This is the front attraction in Geneva lake . I was wondering if it's still open during our visit to Geneva in February but the whether was sunny and not cold and the view was amazing. You can see it even if you are far away from the lake.

I'm not sure what to say about this landmark. It is only a jet of water but it is fairly spectacular being clearly visible from the air on the approach to Geneva Airport. The jet comes from a 4inch nozzle and is propelled 460 feet above water level. Different weather conditions make it look very different on a day to... More

Nice to see, especially in the sunshine, need to be careful about how far you walk out on the pier in case you get wet!! Also a great point of reference when trying to navigate the city

I went to Geneva for a short vacation (3 nights) last Autumn. It's believed it is not the best time to visit Geneva; however, I found it nice. The "Jet d'Eau" is nice place in the Lake of Geneva. At night you cannot see it, but sometimes it becomes visible via colorful lighting.

It's nice to view the Jet d'Eau on a sunny day with the alps in the background. We enjoyed the walk along the promenade. You can walk out and under the jet if you are feeling grave!

Well, what can you say? It's a big jet of water in Lake Geneva. It's very impressive- and you will see if from some angle if you're staying in Geneva. I guess it's a must see- and I am impressed on how they make the lake shoot up so high. It's a land mark- so if you don't see it,... More

Saw it while waiting to board the yellow boat to get across the lake. While sitting inside the yellow boat , we got closer to the fountain. Even more marvellous. Strong and mighty. When we moved around the lake area, we could see it. Took photos of it alone, or with the ducks, birds, swans, or with the boats moored... More
