- Nicola_W_0108United Kingdom816 contributionsTick Tock, it’s the Flower Clock!Lovely display of flowers to enjoy, along with the moving clock mechanism. There’s obviously a lot of hard work, time and attention which goes into maintaining this. It was a shame that some people were very inconsiderate when taking their photos, and proceeded to get in the way of others. You can also see the flower clock from the little train which goes around some of the lake.Visited July 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 31 July 2024

Flower clock was one of the must see places in Geneva.
It was our family trip to Geneva stayed a couple of days.
Everything in the centre was easy to travel.
Flower clock was right at the centre when we drive through it was looking amazing as we spotted that.

Our revisit to Geneva had been wonderful and nice as we came by to these familiar attractions and places that we used to visit and brought us back fond memories. This is one such landmark that every visitor will not miss in Geneva.
The flower clock is a big, nice and beautiful clock, decorated with various kinds and colours of flowers. The theme and flora are changed monthly and so when visitors come at different months, you will see different things. It's so cool.
It is located near the pier of Lake Geneva where you can take a ferry cruise, right next to the ferris wheel and Jet d'Eau. And right across the road is the old town with many departmental stores, shops, restaurants and cafes.
And you don't need to come here specifically as I believe most tourgroups will be alighting here or nearby and you won't miss it!

Yeah there's not much to this. It's like a Rose Bowl float that's stationary. It fits in with a walk around the lake and a stop and look inside of Le Jardin Anglais. It's a quick stop, look and shoot a selfie.

This is a cute quick walk by and take photos. Same area as Jet D'eau, it's right there behind it. You can walk across the pedestrian bridge, take a stroll. It is between the train station and the old town. We stayed at Hotel Bristol which is only 30 second min walk from the bridge.
You will knock out the Flower Clock and the Jet D'eau at the same time. We went in the winter so not as colorful, but still very cute. Lots of people taking photos, so that may take a few minutes.

It’s good to have a quick look at and take a photo that’s it.
You only need like 30 seconds to see the flower clock and move on.
It’s nice to look at and well done… but I wouldn’t call this an attraction to see, more as a part of the waterfront to admire while walking past.

Beautiful working flower clock. It’s a wonder to behold. Must be nicer in the summer when more flowers are in full bloom. Everyone loves to pose in front of the clock. It is situated close to Jet d’Eau.
