Beautiful wooden bridge!

Very beautiful wooden bridge from the historical era, decorated with various flowers. A nice pass through connection to see it atleast once while in the town.

This busy little bridge holds so much history, you need to walk through just to see the small details. The art, the new and old pieces. Absolutely stunning

Must see in Lucern because it is very difficult to avoid. You can't find some facts about the bridge without a tourist guide. Interesting fact: although writing and carving the wooden structure is strictly prohibited, you will always see someone leaves a mark on his stay.

A small part of the bridge was undergoing construction when we crossed. Also the paintings at the top were covered by Carneval pictures.

If you are in Lucerne, you can visit this old bridge. Somehow I didnt find it much interesting. It is old wooden bridge. There are few old paintings. May be some people like it.

This is the famous bridge in the centre of Luzern. Loved by tourists and locals alike. It's a beautiful photo stop.

Beautiful bridge that, although dated forms a unique charm to this lovely city. If you visit, I'm sure you will use the bridge anyway as it is very convenient for exploring this wonderful place.

The Kapellbrucke is the center piece of scenic Lucerne. It's just steps from the main train station, which is how I arrived on a day trip from Zurich. It runs diagonally across the Reuss River which separates the Old Town from the New Town. It is also connected to the iconic Water Tower which I read was the most photographed... More

We were lucky to be staying at Hotel Des Alpes whilst in Lucerne which meant we could look out onto this lovely bridge whilst eating breakfast. We saw it in winter and it was still beautiful although photos of it it summer look magical. A stroll across Thai bridge is a must.
