Customer Service at Wengen Tourism need to be clearer on their pricing and when clarifying the pricing need to show some respect to customers, whether they are locals or visitors. Holes 11 and 16 cannot be played because of poor conditions.

The Lauberhorn Crazy Golf is an 18-hole-Minigolf course in Wengen tells the story of the Lauberhorn Downhill Race. The course has some really crazy and full features including the snow cannon and cow bells. It is probably one of the more challenging courses I have ever played anywhere, so if you have younger children allowances may need to be made. The scenery is also stunning!

Good laugh but terribly difficult obstacles to overcome! With 18 holes it does get very frustrating for the children. Great views and interesting historical info on each hole about the famous Super G Lauberhorn ski circuit. Central to the village and fun. Just incredibly hard to get any success. Best hole is the last - you can really smash it here on the 18th...

We went around 10:30 pm , the course was empty , we were 7 adults and 1 child. We asked how much the price was and whether it was possible for those adults who were not going to play to go inside and spectate. First we asked a man who was sitting down having a smoke and he tried to ridicule us by laughing and saying they had to buy something to go in. We agreed then the lady at the counter rudely asked us what we wanted. We tried explaining that we wanted to pay separately for those who were actually going to play and for those who simply wanted to spectate and had to buy a drink/ice cream. She kept on saying we had to order together and pay together. She was so rude and impolite at points she even became irritated and raised her voice. We immediately left ! Their loss they would have made some good money. What a shame for them!

busy little course while we were there I would probably suggest if there are a few of you to play in separate teams as we did hold up the queue trying to get all 7 of us to pot the ball
