Very hospitable and friendly to us as we came to rent two e-mountain-bikes. Steve gave us a good advice for a lovely long trail first up to the Kleine Eiger (thank goodness for the turbo button) and down the otherside to Grindelwald and then round through the valley And finally train back. The information was spot on, good materials. Good price for value.

Beware of the owners - they track your mobile communication when you compare prices on the web by means of the video surveillance or by following you in the shop ... and kick you out with public humiliation included. Data protection and privacy is not something they respect. Prices are generally too high - this is a tourist trap, literally!

We would like to say a great thank you to Waldo from the team. He has taken a great deal of time making sure our daughters boots fit perfectly. He has shown excellent of customer care, and expertise. I can’t recommend him enough, thank you. The shop is great in the middle of the village, it sells all you need to ski, has large boot, ski storage zone and is well stoked.

We traveled to Switzerland in August this year and stayed in Wengen for 6 nights. We were traveling with our 10 month old baby. We planned to do some hiking in the area and thus needed to rent an all terrain mountain stroller as we had traveled with a small City stroller. We contacted Steve at Centralsport via email after discovering that we could rent the stroller and we got very quick response from him. He was kind enough to send us images of the stroller to us on request before we arrived in Wengen. Once in Wengen, we picked up the stroller on our first evening there and made the payment for 6 days, we found the price to be very reasonable considering the stroller was in great condition, was perfect for hiking in the mountains and came with accessories like Rain cover. The best part of the experience with CentralSport was when after returning the stroller at the end of our stay in Wengen and heading to Luzern, we discovered the next day that we had left our baby carrier in the stroller. After contacting Steve via e-mail, he again quickly responded and sent the carrier via post the very next morning to our hotel in Luzern. And he didn't accept any payment for the postal charges even after me offering to pay. We were extremely happy with the service and the rental charges and would highly recommend Central Sport to not just rent equipment but also to buy souvenir t-shirts,sweatshirts etc.

We came from Australia. We experienced the best service in buying a hiking boot for my wide feet that are very difficult to fit. Service was expertly knowledgeable, patient, great English and very personable. The salesman warned me to not name him so I won't! This is the best service we have experienced at a sports store ever. Thank you.

Thanks for the great feedback and happy your boots were well fitted. I'll pass on the message to the unnamed salesman 😁
