The ski stop before that is Corviglia, venue of next February's World Alpine Ski Championship. The tiny bar restaurant at Corviglia serves up very good spaghetti, the meat sause freshly cooked to order

How does it feels to be above the cloud? Here you can see the cloud in the distance that are actually below you. Piz nair is one of the highest piz you can reach effortlessly (By cable car). The trip from St Moritz will first brings your to Corviglia then you have to change a cable car from Corviglia to... More

We were lucky to visit St. Moritz by Bernina Express with an early snowstorm followed by a sunny day in October. We took the Salastrain to the summit and enjoyed the beautiful snow covered scenery even saw a rainbow. Just amazing and spectacular!

Easy to get there from the center of St. Moritz, amazing views. Dress warmly, it is cold there. Go around the peak for a better view every time.

The journey up to the top by funicular was expensive for a family of 4 but worth it for the views. Very friendly staff

I can spend hours looking at alpine vistas and trying to identify the various peaks. The signs on the terrace indeed helps you locate many of the peaks. Besides that it is worthwhile hiking down to Marguns (confirm the name of the station) , where you can get the ski lift down to Celerina. That is a good way of... More

Went to the top and had great views. The cafe at the top was a nice place to stop for a coffee and enjoy the view.

We used local cable cars and train to get to the top. The view is just amazing and nature feels like that you are not on this planet. It is mix of green and "Mars" feeling.
