My husband and are from the USA and stayed in Interlaken while on our trip to Switzerland. It was a perfect spot to get train tickets to hop on over to Zermatt for my birthday and try out paragliding! We had never gone before and were very excited but pretty nervous as well. We booked 2 of the Adventurer tickets and everything was really great! Even if heights get to you, you will have a blast with the Matterhorn Paragliding team! Our guides were Bruce and Norbert and they were fantastic! The team ran a bit behind schedule with a previous tour (likely waiting for wind conditions to be optimal!) but they were easy to reach via whatsapp. Don't worry if you don't see them at the meet up spot straight away - they might just be landing with someone else! Their directions for us were simple and easy. The hike was lovely from the lift up to our spot. We had a great time and got some lovely pictures to share about our experience. Bruce even helped me get up close to the avalanche breakers so I could share more of that experience with my science students! So glad we paraglided with them in the beautiful Zermatt. I have been trying to find paragliding for a week while in Switzerland and so glad I did it with this company in Zermatt! The company was very flexible and kept me informed throughout the process. Incredible views of Matterhorn. Would recommend paragliding and this company to anyone visiting!!

Would HIGHLY recommend this company. Alan and Bruce were our Air Pilots and they were fantastic!! Very professional, very knowledgeable, and made us feel totally comfortable being our first time. They made it lighthearted and fun with their humor. They also did not short change us at all with our total air time. Hands down a great company…. Dave & Christina (USA, Indiana)

We did a bit of research in various places and chose to go with them.
If you are hesitating which one to book with, definitely recommend booking with them. We did the spectacular and it was worth it.
- booked only the day before and Larissa was quick to get back to us on WhatsApp, checked in on our booking and confirmed it straight away.
-Alan and Bruce are amazing, experienced pilots. They gave clear instructions, kept us feeling safe & ensured we enjoyed our flight experience.
-If ever in doubt between Interlaken or Zermatt, do it in Zermatt and definitely with Matterhorn Paragliding!!

I flew with Matterhorn Paragliding, pilot Alan, in September and had booked the “Spectacular”. Amazing experience! The views are absolutely incredible. A very fun ride with Alan. Really enjoyed it. I will come back!!!

My wife and I flew with Eric and Alan. Fantastic experience! It has been on my wife's "bucket list" for quite sometime. We couldn't be happier. The communication from Alan throughout the process was exceptional. We highly recommend Matterhorn Paragliding. They are the best!

We flew with Matterhorn Paragliding in late July and had booked the “Adventurer” flight with the hope that the wind would allow us to try for the “Spectacular”. When we arrived at the meeting point, we were met promptly by our pilots who went to great lengths to assist us with the purchase of our funicular passes. As a tip, if you know the type of pass you will need, I would recommend purchasing the tickets in advance, as the line was very long the day we flew and the automated ticket machines were broken. I would say arriving an hour before your scheduled meeting time would be sufficient. Our pilots gave an excellent briefing, and we were off and running (literally) before we knew it. The flight was stunning with spectacular views of the town and the Matterhorn. While the main focus was clearly on safety, the pilots were also very considerate of our comfort and offered gloves and a buff in addition to the flight suit. We also purchased the video package and found that in addition to being safe pilots, we had videographers! Multiple pictures and video taken from every angle to showcase the amazing views and capture our once in a lifetime moment. This is a truly amazing experience that no one should miss when visiting Zermatt! Special thanks to Larissa who was so exceptionally friendly and helpful! She not only helped us with our booking, answering every question we had, but also helped with questions on train and restaurant times. Having no friends or relatives in the area, the trip would have been so much more difficult without her. Thanks to the whole team for sending us home with such great memories!!!
