This is by far one of the coolest activities on our trip to Switzerland/French Alps. The views are amazing and everyone knows the Matterhorn but once at the very top you can go inside of a glacier which has tunnels throughout and ice/glacier carved statutes...More

Weather wasn't very clear at the summit. We had a clear view part of the ride up and we managed to see the Matterhorn close up. The ice sculptures were amazing. Food is pricey up there but good.

We had a great time visiting the Paradise and only wish that we could both ski and snowboard to complete our experience. We only had a two day visit to Zermatt, so lessons were out of the equation for us. The Cinema had some great...More

This area is absolutely gorgeous. We came in May, before the official start of the season, so many hotels, restaurants and shops are closed. Most little tourist shops are open, and the restaurants that have availability are diverse in flavor and price. The wildflowers are...More

If you are in Zermatt it's definitely worth a trip to the top of the mountain. Great scenery and fun to relax.

There are many opportunities in Zermatt to get up high and get views of the Matterhorn and the surrounding area, but the Glacier Paradise is the best. Not only does it offer the best views of the Matterhorn and the Zermatt valley, but you can...More

It is quite easy to get to the top. You have to buy your ticket first in town. I think it was about €100 per person. You can’t miss it, Matterhorn Glacial Paradise. You then walk along the road, following the signs for the... More
