Very easy to get to with just a train ride from Montreux. Kids will surely enjoy as they get to meet Santa... have a small chat with him and get a present too!!! Had hot chocolate up there and it was divine! Also had some face painting done for the complete experience. Plus the mountain view when you are outside... More

If you want to see both worlds - visit Rocher-de-Nayer on a sunny day. Take a train to Montreaux and from there take another train going up to the top. Once on top, you will see the beauty of Geneva Lake and Montreaux. By way the other side of the lake is already France. Marvel at the scenery that only... More

We spent a lovely afternoon travelling up on the cog railways up the mountain to Roches-de-naye. The journey is just wonderful, all the scenery up the mountains and the view from the top would be great, except it was all fogged in when we got there. There is a restaurant, which is quite expensive and limited in food choice, and... More

Well worth the trip up on the funicular to see Lake Geneva from a great height ! (2000metres +) Stunning views over Vevey, Montreux and across the lake.

Great scenery, especially if you take cute train that goes up Rochers de Naye via MOB, steep climb out of Montreux, and its spectacular all the way! On top of the climb when you reach Rochers de Naye, the scenery is stunning! well worth a visit.....where possible do book your train ticket early as from time to time there are... More

My husband and son wanted so much to go there so we took a cog railway from Montreux and went right to the top! The scenery is outstading but I didn’ t enjoy the trip at all since it was Christmas and both, the train and the Christmas activities at the top of the mountain, were absolutely crowed and there... Magnificent views and well worth the trip. It takes an hour by train from Montreux and you get an hour minimum at the top. You can drive by car part of the way but the train is more efficient and worth the cost. The area hosts three different types of marmoset - great to spot on the way .

Even outside of season, not 100% sunny, this is a spectacular place. Allow at least 2 hours to walk around on the summit and take a rest in the restaurant before you take the train back to Montreux,
