Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An amazing place with amazing food. The service is outstanding. It really feels like you're in Italy although you're in Zurich (and I know what I'm talking about. I'm Italian!!!). I highly recommend it. The Italian owners really makes you feel at home and their suggestions should be followed at all time. We had a lobster to die for and we were suggested to have it with a fine Italian red wine i was there with my wife but since I work in Zurich I will definitely bring there my clients next time. 🖒🖒

I have passed by this complex on many occasions but never ventured inside before this visit. The place is actually pretty interesting. On the exterior it seems like it’s just an office complex anchored by a food store, but if you walked around the building it offer so much more. There are many outdoor seating areas, a playground and green space, restaurant, and an Amboss beer retail shop, where I stopped in had a beer, picked up a couple of their retail items and ended up having a great conversation with staff member Marcos (sp), who works on Saturdays.
The back part of the complex is the old and former industrial section. This area has a massive center area with public seating of open tables and chairs, restaurants, grocery store, personal hygiene businesses, a huge fitness center, underground parking and free restrooms all within the roof of this old industrial plant. The place was rather surprising and on the weekends there is some pedestrian traffic in the area, but still a rather peaceful location in the old factory.
