I feel this is more hyped street. No doubt it has all high end shops and brands. But looking at their ambiance , normal person will not dare to go in shops and check for things. I felt it is good for window shopping only....More

It is very nice for a casual stroll from the main train station to the lake. Lots of options for a coffee or desert too!

If high end retail and big and small bank buildings are your thing, you'll love Bahnhofstrasse. Around Christmas or any Saturday, the place is packed. To be fair, you can buy great chocolate (expensive, but it is chocolate...) We live in Zurich, and avoid the...More

Car free albeit look out for tge trams that go down the stretch. All the high street shops on one street so very convenient. More affordable range in C&A and Globus. Happy shopping.

Very clean and quiet streets. One of the most "rich looking" streets in the world with many expensive boutiques, restaurants and five-star hotels. Very interesting!

I would suggest the Leoneck Swiss Hotel, offers a great price/location/quality deal. Is very close to the Limmat and to the Hauptbahnhof meaning a walking distance of 5 to 25 minutes to almost all the attractions.
