A must visit place when you are in Zurich, they have many branches through out city but you should go to the one which is in the heart of city close to the lake, it's the main branch. Varieties of yummy chocolate and breakfast lunch dishes and teas and etc. nice ambience but very pricey. Not recommend for travelers on... More

It is really not a cheap place...you can spend over 100 CHF just for a little pack of Luxemburgerli (small macaroons) and a couple of chocolates and a piece of cake. However, the chocolate is really one of the best (if not the best) in the world. A pity they have discontinued my favourite one (chocolate with almonds and orange),... More

This is a must visit place whenever you are in Zurich. The cakes are simply delicious. The macaroons are fabulous too. They are not like other brands whereby the macaroons are overly sweet. Pricing are reasonable. It's very crowded no matter what time of the day.

Great coffee, excellent hot chocolate, served with a free macaroon and a glass of water, all combined with friendly, helpful staff, make for a good sprungli experience! thier hot chocolate was yummy and macaroon was WOW! Visited it multiple times in different locations, experience was consistent... professional and friendly! Yes, slightly more expensive than other coffee shops, but hey! You're... More

Best chocolate in the world! You will not be disappointed, be prepared to rack up some credit card points. We bought a sample of chocolates and it was very delicious we went back and spent a other $50. 😀

If we had not visited a chocolatier in Berlin that had amazing service, delectable & beautifully decorated pralines and a relaxing and calm atmosphere, we may not have been as disappointed as we were with our visit to Sprungli in early October. Perhaps it was just the day but the staff took no interest in serving not only us, but... More

When you buy something, the cashier offers you a luxemburg, which is a macron in the US. It was DELICIOUS. When I was wandering around my child asked if she could have a pastry. I asked the cashier if she had anything without egg, nuts, and under 10 francs, she generously led us to a bar of milk chocolate. She... More

Everything is gorgeous, but SOOOOO expensive. It's definitely worth stopping to try the Luxembourgelis, the salted caramel one is awesome, as well as the champagne. I didn't even bother with the chocolates but they alllll looked amazing.

Yes, it is expensive and overpriced but it is worth it. The hot chocolate is amazing and some of the deserts are good. My favourite is the custard slice. On average, the bill always seems to be 80CHF for 2 people, which is a fortune considering its a coffee shop... but its an institution and worth it!

Heard a lot of good things about this shop. So while in town for a few days, we had to stop. My husband and I got a few truffles with baileys and a few with grand marniet. Both were melt in your mouth delicious. Prices were decent. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful.
