Fun filled day on the Heidiland Tour!

A 7 hour bus tour through Zurich city, Rapperswil, Vaduz and Maienfeld (the setting for the Heidi stories). The tour guide was funny and the sites were great. We were lucky enough... read more

The Zurich Trolley Experience was really an experience worth trying as we discovered the City of Zurich on a trolley.A vintage replica of an old-style streetcar, the trolley ride enable us to enjoy the beautiful sights of the city because of it's open-air rear design. We just sat back, listened to audio commentary, and admired the Church of our Lady((Fraumunster),Limmatquai district,Bahhofstrasse, hillside villas and soaring... On our first full day in Zurich recently, our small travel group wanted to get some idea of what to see, and where to go whilst in Zurich. We had discussed the options the previous evening with our hotel staff who suggested the Gray Line Circle Tour which consists of a "Classic Trolley" bus tour of the city followed by... More

I am glad that I booked the trio with gray line and incredibly blessed to have Kid as our guide for the day. He totally made my trip from getting the best seat, photos and his great personality totally elevated the whole experience. All I can say we were very well taken care of by Kid. I will highly recommend... More

A 7 hour bus tour through Zurich city, Rapperswil, Vaduz and Maienfeld (the setting for the Heidi stories). The tour guide was funny and the sites were great. We were lucky enough to have warm clear weather so the country side looked picturesque. We felt rushed at times, which tours can generally do, but it was a great way to... More

If you have a day to spend in Zurich don't ruin it with this tour. If you want to see the countryside, there are train routes you can do in a day (day trip to St Moritz or Arosa) or a bus trip to Appenzell. The actual stop for the Heidi house is very short and the guide rushes the... More

A good mix of trolley city tour of Zurich and ferry boat ride on Lake Zurich. An well-organized audio guide trolley tour. The driver was very nice and friendly. After the trolley tour, I got my boat ticket and I went to get on the boat by myself. The boat was quite crowded and no guide was provided. So a... More

I'm glad that I decided to take a tour to the Jungfraujoch instead of just making my own way. As it turned out we had chosen to go on the same day as the alpine marathon. There were thousands more visitors than usual. They had expected 25,000 runners, together with support and spectators. Regardless of the chaos our guide, Kid,... More

Marcello took us on the Cityrama tour. We were meant to see the Chagall windows, but he made an executive decision to change this to a visit to the Lindt chocolate shop. We weren't asked about this decision! We also found after the tour started that we could pay for an extension to Heidiland, but after a short while on... More

We went on a Combo Tour with Gray Line on a trolley bus 9th September. Overall the tour was OK but the driver was very poor at communicating times of stops . Eg. The first stop we were told -5 minutes but left after 20 minutes. Second stop we sat there for 3-4 minutes before being told we were stopping... More

On out first day in Zurich we took this trolley tour of the city in combination with Uetilberg Top of the World Train. The tour is very interesting and sets the table for any other thing you plan in and around Zurich. Sorry we did not have a live commentary though, but the recording was adequate.Worth the price for an... More
