Nice small museum on Boomsma distillery. Do a tasting. If you go to "het andere museum" first, you get tickets for free visit and tasting.

This is a lovely little museum. Well worth a visit when you are in Leeuwarden. There's an informative video and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It also gives you the opportunity to try some authentic Frisian drinks!
