fine museum with a strange acronymic name

When in Apeldoorn, do not miss this museum, but first look on the internet what exhibition there is.

The museum is housed in a building that it shares wth the library. It has quite some space, but they way it is organised and what was on display (this time) was disappointing. A few paintings about the landscape of the province Gelderland, but not...More

We gave CODA a second chance. The museum is rather small, a weird setup with stairs and ceilings of ugly concrete with rusty stains. The expositions were not that interesting either.

You would expect a museum to be customer oriented. Well. Think again. The CODA museum has a website with 'plan your visit'. That display opening times for Tuesday through Sunday. Well... think again. The CODA has a sign on its doors that during the summer...More

Sunday, a little cloudy and not sure what to do. After an easy morning we went to Apeldoorn, a nice suburb about 45 minutes from Amsterdam. Famous for its palace and the environs with sand, forests and don’t forget the hunting lodges. Yes, you know...More
