Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Found in Arnhem’s centrally located Jansplein is this pretty octagonal-shaped church surrounded by restaurants and cafés. Only saw it from the outside but a plaque to the left of the entrance details its history. The church was restored over the years, most recently as 2013.

Visited the Koepelkerk twice, once for a free concert. The church has been renovated to a very high standard and has become a cultural meeting place. I joined a women's choir and one day later enjoyed a free concert. The sound is good, the location fabulous and the church holds many memories for me. A fantastic visit.

Unfortunately, we only saw the Koepelkerk from the outside, as it was closed when we visited Arnhem about a month ago. The church was built in 1837, and today it lies in an area filled with nice and cozy restaurants.

A fascinating octagonal brick-built church constructed originally in 1837 on the site of an older church for the Dutch Reformed Church. Restored after bomb damage in WWll, again in 1976 and 2012/13. Probably the most notable feature inside is the pipe organ dating to 1841.

This historical building is from 1837 as first protestant church in Arnhem. The church is in the pedestrian area of Arnhem in city center. Every Sunday their are protestant services where everyone is welcome. During the week there are different activities like concerts. The shape of the church has 8 corners and a historical organ is playing every Sunday. Recently the restoration is finished resulting in a beautiful building, outside and especially inside the church.
