The red colour of the facade is certainly very eye catching. This is recommended in my guidebook but I wasn't too sure what to expect. When I got there, there's a banner outside on exhibitions by 3 Dutch woman artists. I was interested and so...More

And this in immediately the most interesting part of the museum; a 16th century building where Charles V used to dwell sometimes. Some modern parts were added to support the museum operation, but there are walls to see and rooms to visit. Regarding the exposition...More

Depending on the exhibition, this may be a nice place to visit. We saw the Taschen exhibition which is ok when you know something about this person, but there is not much else to see. Staff super friendly and helpful, nice place for a coffee...More

Besides it being a museum, it has a lovely lounge/bar area, with great coffee and cakes and fantastic (free) music on Sunday mornings (wide range) from 11 a.m. Come early for a seating place!

We have a weekly family gathering on Friday morning. Coffee and good conversation. Swift and friendly waitresses and a very good cup-of-coffee
