We wandered into the Bishop's Mill almost by accident and were glad to get out of the blazing sun into the cool. Then we discovered the small cafe where we could eat home-made spelt rolls and herb cheese, and we were in heaven.

The mill is very authentic. The Jeker feeds it and it feeds the big stones in the bakery where you can get great bread , sandwiches,etc. defenately worth seeing.

Not only do they serve the best pie you can get in Maastricht. You can also help the bakers with making pie's. on top of it; make sure to make a picture of the old waterwheel!

This mill is absolutely beautiful ... and inside you can even have coffe, tea, bakery, aso... this place smells bakery and coffe every where ... so nice ... don't miss it.
