Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We should have known from seeing all of the communication that the tour would not include English commentary or description. So, it was a lesson. It was, however, a pleasant boat ride and the sights were OK, despite not learning anything about them.

The boat is an attraction on its own. Nothing shiny or modern, but it is a good old fashioned sturdy and dependable boat. Downstairs is the seating with tables that you can have your 'Bossche Bol' (local puffed pastry treat with chocolate and whipped cream) if you ordered that or drinks. Above deck you can sit and enjoy the elements. Get some sun. But beware to duck if the boat goes under low bridges. Worthwhile and fun to do!
