Thanks for the map!
Feb 2020
I got a city map from the friendly workers here. Nice stop for information/souveniers in a historic building right in the heart of the city.

Very Helpful - No Surprises Then!
Sep 2019
Two brief visits to this tourist office and both times staff were very polite, helpful and pretty well everything you'd expect from a tourist office so perhaps one should not be surprised, however it's not always the case so once again the Dutch excel in offering a delightful welcome.

Medieval Tourist Information office
May 2018 • Couples
This is one of the most beautiful medieval buildings in the city. Unfortunately they have put a modern interior on the inside, but the outside of the building is stunning!

Very helpful
Apr 2018 • Family
We called into the VVV as we hadn't ever spent time in Den Bosch. The English speaking staff (thank you) were very welcoming and helpful. We came away with maps and brochures and information about local tours. We also bought a fantastic walking tour brochure we did ourselves -perfect as we could go at our own pace (i.e. kid pace)

Helps to get information
Jul 2017 • Couples
The office is a helpful resource to get maps, recommendations and information of ongoing activities, staff is very friendly. You can get the city map for free or a map for a suggested self-guided tour. This one gives additional information and lead you to quieter spots, but sometimes is difficult to follow due to confusing directions. I recommend coming to the office before you start walking the little streets of this lovely town.

Useful

This touristic information center is useful to visit because you can have some suggestion on the things to visit and also receive a small plan of the town.

helpful staff in ancient stone building that has been too modernized inside
Sep 2016 • Couples
The inside of this ancient stone building has been modernized. It's air conditioning is non-functioning. The clash of old facade and modern inside is shocking. The second floor would have the 'shop'. That was small and disappointing. The staff is very willing to tell you all about the city. Super!
