The inside of this ancient stone building has been modernized. It's air conditioning is non-functioning. The clash of old facade and modern inside is shocking. The second floor would have the 'shop'. That was small and disappointing. The staff is very willing to tell you all about the city. Super!

We stop by the VVV in every Dutch city we visit. The staff are typically quite helpful and pleasant. This location is no exception.

The Tourist Office staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered free maps of the town which were enormously useful as the signpost to the Noorbrandts museum led nowhere and I ended up wandering round for some time. They also sold postcards of the town and of selected images from Bosch paintings and seemed to be the only place in... More

Questions answered regarding the town and the museums. Maps freely given. English spoken which was good as there is no way we could converse in Dutch!

The old Tourist Office in the Market Square was beautiful and efficient. why they have built a new one by the river and designed it to be invisible beats me. To ride the famous boat tour of the old canals you have to have a ticket with a timed reservation - but there is nobody or no signs to tell... More

The tourist office is in the oldest house in the market place, which is quickly arrived at by foot from the railway station. The staff are very helpful and can provide a lot of information, recommendations and advice so that you can make the most of a visit to this beautiful old city; they speak very good English. If you... More

This is a good start for many activities in the city. Next to that they sell nice gifts and souvenirs from local artists.
