Natuurmuseum Brabant provides an experience for the whole family, whether you're 3 or 83! Come along to do some nature research in the OO - ZONE, admire the sperm whale or go on a discovery tour. Natuurmuseum Brabant is a family friendly museum about the lives of plants and animals, with special attention for the human perspective. Hunt Mammoths in the Ice Age exhibition (IJstijd), observe wolves in the True Wolf exhibition (De Ware Wolf) or become a detective in the OO - ZONE, where you will find over 2000 objects in an imitation museum depot. For our youngest visitors we have the exhibition Frog & Friends (Kikker is Hier!), where they can visit Frog's house and play a variety of games.

We went for a Sunday afternoon. With our annual museumkaart. It exceeded expectations. Lots of diverse activities for kids. Greatly situated opposite to railway station but parking as well. We spent about 3 hours which kind of its span of attention for our kids, but you could spent more.

I was here with children of 5 and 1. Even for the 1 year old it was interesting to run trying to catch the projected mice. And for children that can read, there are quizzes.

This is a great museum especially for kids. Lots of interactive displays for older kids, often with questions to answer or problems to solve, and plenty to see for younger children. But also adults do not need to be disappointed, it's a great outing for the whole family. I would agree that for international visitors it would be helpful to... More

I went to kill some time, but ended up enjoying this museum a great deal. I think it is mainly aimed at kids, but there's plenty to see for everyone

This museum is superb for kids, it is interactive, lots to do and see. Especially liked the soft carpet on which you are supposed to crawl sneaking up to a digitized animal that will escape when you are not quiet enough in your approach. Caught him! It is a bit of a pity that the displays are mainly catering Dutch... More

Great educational museum about nature and nature's history. Good, wide exhibition, interesting for all kinds of ages from 3 years and up. Lot's of things do do to keep your kids entertained and a nice little restaurant for a relaxed kid- and grown up friendly lunch. This will keep you entertained for about 3 hours max.

I visited the museum and wandered around just because I am able to enter it for free with my museum card. The museum is actually interesting and well designed. A lot of information about animals is provided, which is good mainly for children and those who have a strong interest on animals and nature. The main drawback for the museum... More

Thoroughly enjoyed wandering round the museum looking at the very varied exhibits. Was a real surprise just how much was packed into here. Kept a group of nerdy adults entertained for hours. Used our Google Translate app to translate the exhibition descriptions which worked really well.
